Oscar Heijnen, owner of Shots Media, has a “simple” explanation for these encouraging figures. First of all there is of course the rise in sales of the new releases. Then there are new worldwide distribution deals that have recently been signed. Also the introduction of new third-party brands (for instance Tenga) has contributed to the figures. The unbridled energy of the account managers visiting the customers with an ever-expanding catalogue of sublime products is also an important factor in this success story.
 
With a great team spirit Press-Release-Company-Growthbetween experienced and young and upcoming staff members in all divisions of the company, an excellent basis has been founded. Also the ever-improving website, recognized as one of the better ones in the branch, needs a mention. And last, but not by any means least, the improved logistics and expansion of the warehouse staff have made this explosive growth possible.
 
And that’s not all

23.07.2014 | Beneden Leeuwen, The Netherlands – Oscar Heijnen Holdings, of which Shots Media is part of, has last week applied for a new building license which you can seeon the enclosed design.Shots Media further presents the results of the Warm Bear charity campaign.
 


 
Shots-Party-2014-IMG_9701 This dignified business premises will be built next to the existing building, after check and authorisation from various authorities. The new building will have one more floor extra compared to the existing one and has a capacity of more than 1800 pallet spaces. This will triple the current capacity and ensure execution of all the expansion plans in the forthcoming five years.
 
The offices of the new building will be occupied, amongst others, by subsidiary Pharmquest, of which the production unit will also move
to Beneden Leeuwen. In this way all companies will be together.
The start of the building activities is expected in 2015.
 
But the company is not only expanding, they are also getting a lot of recognition for charity activities. Thanks to the overwhelming donations of the Shots Media 2014 Party visitors last Friday, a record breaking amount has been donated to the Warm Bear Foundation. A calculation was made and the outcome is that Tomas can buy 589 Warm Bears to hand out to sick children. With 11,870 € of donations, this was the highest sum every in the course of the campaign.

21.07.2014 | Nijmegen, the Netherlands – Sign Magazine was on location at the 10th annual Shots Media Party. Oscar Heijnen and his team celebrated the end of the Shots Sales Week with friends, partners and customers of Shots Media alongside of the world’s biggest marching event the “4 Daagse”. As well as celebrating themselves Shots celebrated the Walkers and their effort of walking about 40 kilometers each of the 4 days. Another special was the Shots Media Charity.
 


 
The Charity came out with a record breaking 11.780 Euros for Stichting Warme Beer. This charity was founded by young Tomas, who fought back Leukemia and had a little bear with him, all the time. He decided to help other children suffering of cancer like he was, by giving them such bears in person. He is hoping to give them IMG_1532 strength to fight back cancer. The bears can be heated up in a microwave to spend a nice and warm feeling.

14.07.2014 | Beneden Leeuwen, the Netherlands – With the Shots Sales Week and the big Shots Media Party alongside the 4 Daagse March there is a lot of work for Oscar Heijnen and his team. Nevertheless, Oscar takes care of the Shots Charity Walk with a new and special Charity called “Stichting Warme Beer” (Stichting Warm Bear). To make the outcome for the Charity Walk a bigger success Oscar likes to partner up with some of Shots Media business partners to co-sponsor the occasion.
 


 
The idea of Stichting Warme Beer was developed by the young Tomas who had overcome a leukaemia diagnosis although his prospects did not look good. As a sort of a comfort he got a cuddly toy to keep him company during this scary period. This was a bear with a special stuffing which can be put in a microwave and heats up to give a warm and cosy feeling. The bear gave him lots of consolation during his illness. In his perception, the bear saved his life…
 
The good news is that his life was saved by a bone marrow transplant and he is still here to tell the story. Walk for Chartiy Being grateful for all of this, Tomas wanted to do something back and he started his charity that takes these cuddly bears to children´s hospitals to comfort them in their struggle to survive. The bears have a cost price of 20 Euros and every year so far, there have been about 400 children that were surprised with a bear by Tomas himself. The charity works solely with volunteers and all the money that comes in gets used to buy bears. No overhead, just bears. For further information, please visit www.warmebeer.nl.
 
At this point Oscar likes to help, too, and he hopes to raise as much money as possible during the famous Shots Media Party. At the end of the event Oscar will hand over a cheque to Tomas who will be present at the party.
