Topco Sales COO Autumn O’Bryan nominated

O’Bryan took the helm as Topco Sales COO in June of 2016 and quickly began an intricate and involved process that would ultimately transform the company’s status and rebuild its reputation. By focusing on building trust, promoting quality, and bringing a fresh approach to team-building, O’Bryan was able to make a noticeable impact after just six months, and now 18 months in, Topco Sales has expanded its customer base internationally and reset industry precedents for private label and product development.

Also under O’Bryan’s leadership, Topco Sales’ sales team has worked to overcome customer service and stocking issues that had previously plagued the brand and has put special focus on providing hands-on service to customers and distributors.

“When I took on this role, I knew I had a challenge on my hands, and as I had more candid conversations with customers, I was able to gain clarity as to what it would take to get Topco Sales back on track,” O’Bryan said. “The support from the Topco Sales team, as well as the trust and confidence that my colleagues and customers have showed me, was palpable from the start and I couldn’t have done it without them.
