The Snail Vibe Trademark Will Be Assigned To The Inventor
01.10.2025 | The Hague, Netherlands – Snail Vibe wins back trademark from former distributor Amoreo.
“The figurative trademark BX1434754 SNAIL VIBE, which is 100% identical to the trademark we have been using since 2018, was registered by Amoreo B.V. in 2021. Amoreo has been acting as a distributor of the Snail Vibe since 2020 and filed the trademark application without our permission. The Office found our evidence admissible and ordered the disputed trademark to be transferred to us. As this trademark is the basic registration under the Madrid Agreement for trademarks in the China, Australia, and the USA, these must also be transferred to us. This is the first decision in the four cases that we are handling in Europe, the UK and the US against Amoreo Europe S.L. Any applications or registrations that create false associations with us are at risk of being cancelled or transferred to us”, said Sergey Topolev, the inventor of the Snail Vibe.
